Eric Opoku-Afriyie – Bio Founder & Deal Lead Eric Opoku-Afriyie Eric is a digital dealmaker and business builder with 10+ years of experience buying, growing, and selling companies. He has self-funded and completed multiple profitable transactions and has also brokered and advised on numerous deals, giving him a practical understanding of what makes a transaction work for both sellers and investors. Eric focuses on finding high-quality businesses—whether off-market or on the open market—then structuring creative deals and partnering with strong operators to unlock long-term value.

Charmaine Opoku-Afriyie Bio Director of Finance & Strategy Charmaine Opoku-Afriyie 15+ years of experience in financial control and FP&A, with leadership roles at Warner Music, Discovery, and Kaplan. Currently Director of Finance at a leading influencer marketing firm, Charmaine brings deep expertise in financial strategy, M&A, and scaling businesses with strong internal controls and data-driven systems. MBA from Imperial College London.
